Applying the cuff on the left arm
- Make sure the air plug is securely inserted in the main unit.
- Remove the tight-fitting clothing from your upper left arm.
- Sit on a chair with your feet flat on the floor, place your left arm ona table so the cuff is level with your heart.
- Hold the thumb grip on the cuff securely with your right hand.
- Turn the palm of your left hand upward.
- Apply the cuff to your left upper arm so the blue stripe is on the inside of your arm and aligned with your middle finger. the air tube runs down the inside of your arm.the bottom of the cuff should be approximately 1/2'' above your elbow.
- Wrap the cuff firmly in place around your arm using the cloth fastener.
For more accurate measurement results:
- Please relax for 5-10 minutes before measuring
- Avoid getting too nervous before measuring
- Blood pressure fluctuates continuously, please measure at a fixed time every day
- Don't worry too much about a single measurement, because long-term records can more accurately provide your blood pressure trends
- Exercise, talking, movement, stress, and surroundings may cause your blood pressure to fluctuate
- During the measurement, if the cuff air bag is not deflated for a long time, please press the on/off key to force the deflation and remove the cuff

This has proved to be an extremely easy to use and therefore convenient way to monitor one’s health n the comfort of your own home. In the box you get the blood pressure monitor itself which is a small white box with a good LCD readout which shows the Systolic and the Diastolic readings, the heart rate and the date taken, and also shows whether you have an abnormal heart beat or not. Finally it also shows the current state of the batteries and whether they need changing You also receive a sturdy cuff which is easily adjustable, batteries and an instructions booklet. I applaud any company which includes batteries with their product, this sphygmomanometer takes 4 AAA batteries which are inserted into the back of the monitor. The cuff itself has an integral air tube which is easily pushed into the monitor. T. As said this is a convenient sphygmomanometer and any adult can use it. At a price point if £35 I award 5 stars.
GoWe always like to check our blood pressure on a regular basis as we are both the wrong side of sixty.We already have a decent monitor that a lot of medical practices use . So I know it is accurate and thought it would be good to do a comparison test with both myself and wife taking some readings.This monitor arrived in a nice presentation box. First impressions it looked like a very decent device.In the box was the monitor unit, arm-strap with pipe, 4 AAA batteries and instructionsod, came with a failed digit.

Well made blood pressure monitor with a large, clear, digital display. It has time/date display as it has a memory function.Sleeve is a little difficult to apply, not too sure how tight to apply and my BP varied by a large amount depending on how tight I applied the sleeve. But this is user error and I am sure I will soon get used to the correct tightness.The memory function stores the readings for two people.The instruction booklet is quite clearTakes 4 AAA batteries supplied with the unit.Reasonable price for the quality of the unit
Having a pre existing issue with blood pressure I regularly have to check my blood pressure so was keen to try this automatic version of my old monitor and have to say I find it very accurate. Even gives me my heart rate so I don't need a separate monitor for that and no longer need to sit and count the beats. Simply add the included batteries to the unit, plug in the hose from the arm band and put the band on your arm as per the picture. Once on press start and wait. After a short interval while the unit inflates the armband and deflates it your result are then shown on the screen. Simple, well made and great value for money. Vey happy with this monitor.
This for me is the best blood pressure monitor that I have used.
As my mum suffers with high blood pressure she does like me to check it now and again and this does the job lovely.
It is really nice and easy to use and straight forward.
I have compared it to our regular one and the readings are spot on in range so we are really happy with this and definitely seems it will serve its purpose
