Q1:How to fix accidentally stuck hair problem?
A: It is black plastic on the top of the curler, please push it back to release the hair when the hair is accidentally stuck.
Note: The wireless curler will stop working to prevent the hair from tangling and pulling if the automatic curler curls too much hair or does not work properly.
Be sure to press the curl button all the way to avoid twisting. DO NOT release the curl button until the continuous beep stops.
Q2: Does the automatic curler not curl the hair?
A: Make sure you press the curl button fully when curling your hair.
You need to wait for the audible alarm to stop and then release the button and hair.
For a perfect long curl, you can use with styling spray/oil.
Q3: How to charge?
A: The hair curler comes with a USB cable. Please ully charge 4 hours before first use. Also, make sure you use the 5V/2A charger for charging.

I have never been able to curl my hair which is thick and can get frizzy just always find it really difficult, I bought this in January and now using it for the first time in April, it’s a game changer. Takes a minute or two to charge but it’s so simple, literally slot the section of hair in and press a button! So ideal. Was sceptical about buying things from an Instagram advert because I’ve got stuff before that didn’t work out but definitely would recommend buying this if you’re thinking about it ! Well pleased with it.
It's incredible, I'm in love and found a best friend at the same time!! My hair is super straight, and although i love it curly, i never really have the time and the patience (and the motor coordination) to curl my hair with a normal curling iron, but this one definitely deserves a good review because it made my evening getting ready to go out so much easier, that im not keeping it in my bag to any kind of "emergency"
It's light, so it doesn't make a huge difference, its rechargeable, and really easy to use. This week i had plans after work with friends, but i wouldn't have time to go home and come back, so i just did my hair in the car and it was perfect! I still need to work on my speed, needing to understand exactly how much hair i can fit in one go, so ill manage to do it faster than my current time, but im sure it will come with time and experience using the product!
The temperature range is also really good! My hair is really thin, so anything too hot will probably damage it, so i can normally keep a low temp and just use the high one in case i want to keep the curls for longer
Something else i loved is how you can choose the direction of the curl: right or left! I know it doesn't seem that important, but i have realized that it does seem different when you analyze it.
I already recommended it to a friend at work and i will totally recommend it to more people! It's easy and really practical, i love it!!
(the pictures were the first few times i was trying to practice a little bit with it, but even if i wasn't really experienced with that, the curls were still looking pretty amazing!!!)
I love how easy the dreamwave is to use and the curls my long hair are fantastic, however I am concerned with how long the curler will hold charge. I fully charged on Thursday and went to use on Saturday but the curler ran out of life 20 minutes in :-(. Hopefully it's a one off but it does worry me. Great for on the go styling and so easy to use. Love the options for Left or Right curl, temp control and length of time to curl. Would not hesitate to recommend.
Where has this been all my life, it is so easy to use and the curls stay in for days . A little tip if you want your curls to come forward set the curler to the same side you are curling, if you want curls to go away from the face set the curler to the opposite side you are curling eg set the curler on the R setting but curl on the left hand side of your head

REFUND/ RETURN POLICY
Our policy last 14 days . If 14 days have gone by after your purchase was delivered , unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@macklo.com and send your item to the adress that we will communicate to you by mail afterwards.
LOST PACKAGE
If the package is lost or damaged or arrived in bad condition, we resend another package as a replacement, and if the replacement didn't received, than, we issue a refund.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return .Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to the adress that we will communicate to you by mail afterwards.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item .Shipping costs are non-refundable .If you receive a refund ,the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund .
Depending on where you live , the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you , may vary.
