📦 RETURN AND REFUND POLICY – MACKLO LONDON

🔄 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

You have 30calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be in its original packaging (the gift box and a Certificate of Authenticity Included).

  • Have the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

❌ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders (e.g., rings engraved or resized specially for you).

  • Items returned after 30 days.

  • Items without proof of purchase.

💳 REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds?

  • First, check your bank account or PayPal account again.

  • Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@macklo.com.

🔁 EXCHANGES

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@macklo.com with:

  • Your order number.

  • A photo of the defect or damage (if applicable).

  • A brief description of the problem.

We will guide you through the exchange process.

🚚 RETURN SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning a higher-priced item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

🛍️ CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, the order may have already been processed for shipping and can no longer be cancelled. In that case, please follow our standard return procedure.

🎁 GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
