All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

You may request changes within 1 hour of placing your order. After this time, your order may already be in processing and cannot be modified. Please double-check your size, metal, and shipping address before confirming.
❗ DAMAGED, LOST OR MISSING ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number — we will make it right immediately.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, check with neighbors or your local courier, then contact us within 7 days. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
