REFUND/ RETURN POLICY

Our policy last 14 days . If 14 days have gone by after your purchase was delivered , unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

NB :

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and even the package is still embalmed and not opened. It must also be in the original packaging.

You should read the description and understand the details of the product before placing an order.

The return/ refund of a product is done in the case where the product arrived damaged or does not work.

Any other non-valid reason will be rejected.

SPECIAL CASE BECAUSE OF CORONA VIRUS :

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

• There are certain items where no refunds are granted.

  • Book with obvious signs of use.
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Costumes, Party masks, or any Seasonal items.
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Any item used by the customers.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (IT APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items maybe refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@macklo.com and send your item to the adress that we will communicate to you by mail afterwards.

 

LOST PACKAGE

If the package is lost or damaged or arrived in bad condition, we resend another package as a replacement, and if the replacement didn't received, than, we issue a refund.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return .Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to the adress that we will communicate to you by mail afterwards.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item .Shipping costs are non-refundable .If you receive a refund ,the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund .

Depending on where you live , the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you , may vary.

4 -You are subject to a 20£ fee if the package is being returned due to incorrect address or if it haven't been picked up.

If return of item is necessary it is the customer who pay for the shipping (With Tracking).

If you choose the return, we ask you to take pictures of the product, the kit and the box, and check if they are in good condition.

You must return the product to our warehouse (contact us to give you the return address) since they're the ones who take care of checking the returns with our quality control department. If you want to proceed with the customer who pays for the shipping.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Please check the size,color,quantity,recipient, shipping address and other information carefully before payment. Once the order is generated,it can not be changed easily. Our dispatching time between 6-24 hours except the week-ends,

You should submit a help Ticket from Contact Us Page once you decide to cancel the order. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received,and we gladly accept returns within 14 days after receipt of the goods.

please contact us as soon as possible, if we shipped your order, we are unable to edit anything,if the shipping address was wrong it will cost you the shipping fees after the tracking updates says, "the item returned to sender"
