💍 RING SIZE GUIDE

Method 1 – Measure an Existing Ring

What you'll need:

- A ring that fits the intended finger well

- A ruler or caliper (in millimeters)

Steps:

- Place the ring on a flat surface

- Measure the inside diameter in millimeters (not the outside)

- Compare your measurement to the chart below

Method 2 – Measure Your Finger

What you'll need:

- A piece of string, strip of paper, or flexible measuring tape

- A ruler

Steps:

- Wrap the string or paper snugly around the base of the finger

- Mark where the ends meet

- Measure the length in millimeters (this is your circumference)

- Find the closest circumference in the chart below

⚠️ Tip: Measure at the end of the day when fingers are slightly larger. Do not pull too tight.
